Tiffany update
Wow.... it's been too long since I blogged in here but I've been so busy when I finally get some time to myself I nod off.
Tiffany is doing fine other than the fact I'm still hand feeding her and giving her water too. We can't figure it out. The vet's did a lot of dental work on her and we thought we had it fixed. Seems she's missing some back teeth (could be due to old age - she's over 9 now) and the last time at the vet she had a lump of some sort inside her little mouth. She was put on two rounds of antibiotics that seemed to really help. However she still won't eat on her own. She's lost no weight, she has a healthy appetite when I hand feed her and she has all her old energy back and is back to her old routines..... other than food and water. So, I fight her twice a day to feed her because she hates being picked up and wrapped up in a towel, etc. Once I start feeding her though she lounges at the syringe like she's starving. I'll take her back to the vet again soon.
As for what's keeping me so busy I'm doing a website for my nephew's business, I'm working on one of my own as well for the disabled, my mom has been ill and we are back and forth to the hospital for more tests and specialist and such but we think we are coming to an end to it all soon. She has 3 procedures (day surgeries) set up starting june 26th, one per week and hopefully all that will provide the answers and solutions.
Also keeping me pre-occupied are a couple of friends pretty sick right now. One has had cancer previously and it's back and spread and another has been diagnosed with C.O.P.D. which is a serious lung disease. It's hit her hard and she can't walk much anymore, she has constant flare ups and nothing seems to be helping.
So.... I'll be back when I can, hopefully things will settle down soon :-)
